Textile Institute Communal House

A single 200-meter block on Ordzhonikidze Street, built to house textile institute students under a strict daily choreography: individual sleeping cells too small for anything but sleep, feeding into shared washrooms, then a separate wing of communal spaces for study, eating and leisure. Few buildings state the avant-garde argument for collective living as literally as this one.
