Shukhov Tower

Built for early Soviet radio broadcasting, the Shukhov Tower is a hyperboloid steel lattice structure engineered to use a fraction of the material a conventional tower of the same height would require. It stands today as a landmark of the Shabolovka district it gave its name to.
