Centro Cultural Universitario Tlatelolco
Repurposed — Converted to a UNAM cultural center in 2006–2007Open to the public
Built in 1966 as the headquarters of the Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores, the tower is government modernism at full scale — marble, tinted glass, monumental stairs and ceremonial interiors. UNAM converted the building into a cultural center in the mid-2000s, dedicated in part to the history and memory of Tlatelolco itself.
