Enrique de la Mora transformed Mexican religious architecture through structures that replaced conventional walls, columns and roofs with continuous geometric surfaces. His collaborations with Félix Candela and Fernando López Carmona produced churches where concrete construction became the main source of space, light and symbolic expression.
