# Konstantin Melnikov

Konstantin Melnikov was among the most inventive architects of the Soviet avant-garde, known for a series of workers' clubs across Moscow — including the Kauchuk Factory Club — that used sculptural geometry to organize circulation, light and large gathering spaces on tight urban sites.
